Every once in a while you find an EXCEPTIONAL person that is ANDREA  . Its been ten years since Andrea install our 3 TV's in our new house . Unfortunately my wife and I in our 80's always seem to have a problem that we create . Recently its was a remote failure . Call and Andrea is here . Same for connecting a new laptop to the printers .We look at Andrea as an essential member of our support team equal to our Cariologist .Always on time , always fixes the problem . When I suggest spending money for a new TV ,he gently  discourages the expenditure as "NOT WORTH THE SLIGHT IMPROVEMENT ". He got us the best originally  and is not looking to sell a no use item . Andre Rosa of Hi-Defcom is the best in his profession!  Whenever i needed anything done electronically, he was exceptional.  He is so professional, honest, and caring.  When I had a problem with my television and couldnt get it to work he facetimed  me to solve the problem if he couldnt come in person. Andre Rosa from Hi-Defcom is rhe absolute best computer/.electronics geek i have ever met. I was very lucky to have him recommended to me by my neighbor last year or so. I would never use anyone else. Since then  Andre has installed 3 tvs for me on the wall. No wires showing. All accessories added like receiver, sound bars, dvd etc per my choice. Remotes controlling everything appropriately. TV calibrations great. Very knowledgeable about all new technology and models. Searching for a new OLED 77 inch and have discussed the current options  out there with Andre. Looking forward to Andre installing  my new OLED TV very soon. Can’t  wait. Pricing for his services are more than reasonable for the high quality and excellent customer service received. Absolute best in the business. Won’t disappoint.
